Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that when the Senate complete its business today, it stand adjourned until 3 p.m. on Monday, May 5; that following the prayer and pledge, the Journal of proceedings be approved to date, the morning hour be deemed expired, the time for the two leaders be reserved for their use later in the day, and the Senate be in a period of morning business, with Senators permitted to speak therein for up to 10 minutes each; finally, that all postcloture time on the Bisignano nomination be expired and the Senate vote on the confirmation of the nomination at a time to be determined by the majority leader in consultation with the Democratic leader on Tuesday, May 6; and that, if confirmed, the motion to reconsider be considered made and laid on the table and the President be immediately notified of the Senate's action.
